I am fine in your bones and hope the same for the rest of your system. But if you won’t consume me daily along with vitamin D, (as it helps your body to absorb me) I’ll be snatched from your bones without your notice. Your system will not produce me, if you won’t include me in your diet. And do remember without vitamin D I’ll turn toxic and your kidneys will get stored with stones. Females should take better care when it comes to me as I help them to ease the symptoms of PMS (premenstrual syndrome)
